再联络到李海，他在朝阳区国保支队的便衣警车上，朝阳国保的李中和队长带人将李海
强行绑架进警车。当时在现场的刘荻目击李海和便衣警察发生争执，伴有推搡拉拽等肢
体冲突。刘荻自己也被警方带走送到住所小区的警务工作站由片警扣留。
11月2日晚上20：10外界就与六四伤残者齐志勇就失去联系，他的小灵通时而关机时而
开机但无人接听，也有一次有人接听但不说话。我判断是警方拿着他的小灵通看哪些人
与齐志勇联络。我家楼下也增派了人手，随着天气转冷，北京国保的14-16人要么在楼
道里或警卫室里，要么在车里，开着电暖器和汽车暖风，但今天上午有4个人坐在室外
露天，我认为他们是公安部国保局为了包尊信先生的追悼会而临时在我家楼下增加的人
手，那么今天总人数应该达到20人左右，他们就为了守着一个孕妇和一个患有肝硬化的
病人。

信先生的祭奠。送别之时，包老都难以安宁。这些恶警们在民间眼中的身份就是中共的
