称"奥运囚徒"。叶国强服刑两年于2005年10月获释，然后继续参与维权，而叶国柱获
刑4年，现在仍在天津茶淀监狱服刑。2007年9月29日，维权人士叶国强在宣武区政府门
口抗议时被北京市公安局国保总队、宣武区国保支队以及白纸坊派出所的警方拘捕。叶
国柱的儿子叶明君当日下午也被宣武国保从家中带走，第二天被宣布刑事拘留。但叶国
强却一直没有警方确证的消息。三天后在叶国强儿子叶明华（010-63658471）的反复追
索下，白纸坊派出所才把刑事拘留通知书交予叶明华。叶国强和叶明君叔侄的罪名都为
"涉嫌煽动颠覆国家政权"。
叶明君的母亲王兰增10月22日打来电话（010-63549844），表达自己虽然已经与丈夫叶
国柱离异，但依然对自己的儿子叶明君负有责任，希望外界能营救叶明君。王兰增曾向
宣武警方质询，宣武分局声称叶国强和叶明君的案子很严重，是北京市公安局国保总队
负责的政治案件，已经移交北京市公安局七处。而所谓的七处，有多个名称，可称为
"预审处"、"北京市公安局看守所"、"北京市公安局刑侦总队预审支队"。这里处
理的都是大案、重案、要案，其中就包括政治犯。2006年维权律师高智晟就曾在此预
审，那时臭名昭著的北京市公安局国保总队和预审处一道，在所有程序上公然违背法
律，自始至终阻挠莫少平律师会见高智晟律师。
叶明君的家人已经委托北京忆通律师事务所温海波律师作为叶明君的法律帮助人。2007
年10月23日下午15：00，叶明华正式委托莫少平律师为自己父亲叶国强的法律帮助人。
今日叶明华将前往宣武区看守所查实叶国强和叶明君的去向，以便配合律师的介入。
北京市公安局国保总队是政治警察部门，享有最大的特权，他们经办的案件都是良心
案，打击对象都是政治犯，所以这预示着叶国强和叶明君案件将非常艰难。除了律师的
司法专业努力，海内外的关注和呼吁也至关重要。
由于叶氏兄弟维权与奥运会直接相关，而且兄弟俩宁折不弯的性情让政法委非常头疼。
由此他们兄弟二人成为政法委和公安部国保局在京的重点迫害对象。这次拘捕奥运囚徒
叶国强和叶明君，首先是为中共十七大的安全保卫。十七大结束，酷吏周永康官升一级
成为政法委书记，俨然坐稳国家黑社会势力的总头目，各地的公安国保系统纷纷如同吃
了定心丸。显然，叶国强和叶明君的案件向严重方向发展，是政法委和公安部继续加大
力度为奥运会残酷清场。
